The Book

We stayed with Les' sister Helen in Te Aroha over ANZAC weekend. She manages the Sally Army shop down there and so has the opportunity to be first in line to make awesome op shop scores! I am assuming that is where she found this....

I didn't have much time to have a full look at the book and I forgot to check the publication date but from what I did see it is amazing. It probably has over 600 pages of advice on all sorts of subjects that might concern a single woman, soon to be or married woman, mothers and matrons. Seriously. You should click on the pictures to see them bigger.

How to set up a flat for Ninety Guinea's...

How to pay and receive calls.

The all important correct wording for your wedding and Garden Party invites (among others).

Samples of how to keep a cash book for your home accounts...

How to exercise...

And care of your hair...

....

4 pages of care of the hair..... who knew that you aren't just supposed to get up in the morning check that there are no weird bits sticking out and no pen on your face transferred from the hand you write your 'to do' list on and subsequently sleep on , the go and get on with it.

Which is what Will 'says' I must now do in his not so subtle way.

Have a Happy Mother's day or a happy day with your Mother!
