Down the Right of Way: January 2020

Currently

Right now I am:

~ looking at the Tufted Puffin on my calendar who has the misfortune to look like the Donald Trump of birds.

~ loving the lack of demands in the school holidays.
~ thankful the washing is folded.
~ inspired by my One Little Word for the year... also procrastinating.
~ savouring not having to leave the house.
~ reading eight books... but really only one- Invisible Boys By Holden Sheppard- I think this will be a four-star book for me.
~ swooning over... nothing at the moment.
~ enjoying today's cooler weather... it's 23 degrees.
~ feeling a bit anxious a bit sad.
~ counting the number of things I want to get done... then doing nothing. :-(
~ tasting Iced coffee.
~ wondering, always wondering.
~ making a scrapbook page about Tama on the phone.
~ wishing it was a year from now.
~ hoping that I can reach my goals.
~ glad for summer fruit.
~ listening to podcasts about books and writing.
~ relieved that life has regained some normality post-Les' accident.
~ seeing a huge stack of scrapbook pages from last year that need filing.
~ dreaming, lots of crazy dreaming with all sorts of people.
~ thinking about the year ahead.
~ anticipating a little whirlwind coming to visit later in the week.
~ going nowhere. :-)
~ grateful for best friends.
