Round-up- November

On our bookshelf this month....

Computer Tricks for Scrapbooking 2 & 3, Fabric Scrapbooking by Donna Downey. CK Dec. Kieran got a bunch of Anthony Horowitz books for his birthday. A number of library books related to home schooling and related matters. Will is into Zaza's baby brother, Maisy and Hairy Mclary at the moment. Merenia is reading Lemony Snicket. Les is reading newsy/political blogs online.

Loving on the box....

Red Bull Air Race! Top Chef, Pushing Daisy's, Glee, Survivor, Hell's Kitchen, ER, NCIS, CSI and Road To Perdition.... we watch too much telly.

For you...For me?

Pressies for the new babes. Kieran's birthday; lego, DVD's, books and rugby stuff. Will won a cheetah mask in a colouring contest at the chemist. And Merenia won a basket of craft items in a colouring contest at Spotlight. I was the super lucky recipient of a couple of Starbucks Christmas Decorations and also some vouchers for SB's - Sweet!

Germs and bugs and botherations....

I squished my leg between two tables and got a fairly decent bruise.Will had a bit of a cold/snot thing.

Today was good today was fun, tomorrow is another one...

Had dinner with the Carringtons. Merenia had some visits at a possible new school. Les had a weekend of HLG for a competition. Will spent a day at playcentre. Kieran enjoyed a couple of trips to the movies; 'This is it' and 'Surrogates'. Les went to Cambridge on a Seasprite for their Armistice Day celebrations and was then winched out of the same Seasprite at the Fireworks show at Waitakere Stadium. Kieran went to Rainbows end for patrols. We had three Saturdays with the Dawson Crew which included making cool advent calendars and checking out the Control Line Comp.

Yum, yum, yum....

Strawberries are back hooray! We had corned beef for Kieran's birthday dinner it's his fave and he chose Pavlova with lollies for his cake. YUM! Salads are all on!

'It was on sale'....

Scored a bunch of thickers for 60% off at Spotlight. Got some new books on trade me. Was lucky to get an offer from Jan and Joe to bring back some scrapbook stuff for me from the States- I'm not sure they'll do that again. We spent A LOT of money at the Hasbro sale. Some cool Sally Army scores as well.

Bugger!

Zip, zero, zilch, nada nil, nix none!

Hooray!

Finished my week in the life album and made a cool mini albums for Kim at Starbucks. Got my Starbucks appreciation gifts started and finished writing my Christmas cards. Tiny and Ehren arrived 24 hours apart.

Etc...

Marble Season at school. The kids went to the dental nurse and Kieran to the Dentist as well.
