St Patricks Day

This year for St Patricks Day I made Pistachio Macarons for the teachers and my family.

They were delicious!!

And we went mostly green for dinner. Clockwise from 12 o'clock: Green Grapes, Snow peas, Cucumber, Pasta (I looked for fresh green Fettucine but no luck) with a Green Pesto sauce, (not green) Pork Strips, green salad, fresh bread with pumpkin seeds, and green pear slices. And Guacamole in the centre. 

For the drink I pulverised some Kiwifruit and added it to lemonade.

For dessert we had the Macarons and green pikelets (not flavoured just coloured).

Accidentally 3/6 were dressed in green.  :-)
