Graduation

Merenia had been building to this for over a year. She saved every bit of her pocket money for 12 months. She planned and internet researched. I carefully avoided arguments and tip-toed around graduation related tricky subjects. I begged the help of our awesome neighbour and friend in navigating the shopping, jewellery, hair and make-up minefield. And it all went without a hitch.

I also love this one- though she looks so totally different than the girl who we usually see around here- it's a bit weird. But in a good way.
