Reading around the net today round 7 was pretty rough for some of the pilots- I don't have the overall results except to say that the New Zealand team is now on the top of the table. And Carl Strautins is leading the individuals.
Joe: 9.54 and 97 (1000pts) 8th
Scott: 9.53 and 93 - 20th
Les: 9.54 and 97 - 15th
Les said : got an out of jail card. Flew the Aspire and lost sight of it a long way downwind. Probably did not have it for 15 sec till JW spotted it for me. .... We put a lot of hurt on other teams. We are in a good place. (At this point Ross is crapping himself wondering if loaning Les the Aspire was a good idea... it was Ross, it was!)
