So as I said in my extremely long letter to friends and family Will has had a language explosion lately! He has added a whole bunch of the most important words to his reportoire; The ever present Bird- is Will's catch all word it goes along these lines;
Me: Good Morning my Boy
W: Birds
Merenia: What cha doin, Dubby?
W: Birds
Kieran: Oooowww stop pulling my hair Will
W: Birds
Les: More custard? Or Finished?
W: Birds
But he can also say: Dad, brother, Miras, Rubygirl, Puss, (Ra)bit, finished, Willy, plane, glider, helicopter, moooo, light, switch, and flowers.
He also uses 'this' and 'that' or variations like "whatsthat" and "whatsthis" depending on his mood... he uses these words when he's looking at new stuff and also when he just wants to chat or join in a conversation.
And finally there is another word which sounds a lot like birds- but there is a difference. It may be boobs or it may be buzz... and it means Mum. I think it more likely that it is Buzz because the song I have always sung to Will when he was sad or tired or just needed to be distracted goes; "Buzz buzz he hums as he goes, gathering honey from the lovely rose"
He also likes to spend a lot of his time talking in general just some good old babling to himself about the stuff he is seeing and thinking.
It's VERY cute.
