Pies all round (except when they're not)

Before Les went away we sampled a number of Pies in the quest to find the best Pie for Pie Day!

Les' Favourite Pie: Pumpkin Pie

A Bacon, Egg and Spinach Pie from the pastry packet.

I thought it was super yummy the Kieran would touch it... and he calls him self a Pie Lover! Sheesh.

With Filo Pastry 'crust'.

It's a hard road to finding the perfect Pie- funnily enough the best so far has been a cottage pie made with a 'kit' from the Mad Butcher- the sauce for the mince was yum and of course everyone loves creamy mashed potato with a bit of melted cheese on it.
We were supposed to be sampling a sweet and savoury pie each month and we're a bit behind so I guess Pie consumption will be up down the Right of Way over the next few months.
