'You've had a good day son....'

This was a good week....

Because...
... New Zealand won the Rugby World Cup Final (Les, Kieran and I watched the game on TV).
... I got the boys and Merenia's rooms sorted and culled a bunch of clothes and bedding in the process.
... I sorted the toys and games cupboards and culled some of them in the process too.
... The house got spic and span for the inspection.
... Kieran was pleased with his Chem and Maths Specialist exams.
... Lots of BMXing.
... Lots of fun with the Hot Wheels sets.
... Inspection passed.
... Lisa's carrot cake muffins at Kindy Orientation.
... I got caught up on Serial.
... Survivor Tribal Council was great.
... Kieran played a game of indoor hockey which was fun to watch.
... I got through a bunch of blog posts.
... Spent a little bit of time creating with paper and adhesive.
... Les helped out at Kindy.

"You've had a good day son"  is the punchline of a joke my dad used to tell about a father, his son, a bear won in a side show at a carnival and a Mini Car... it's a great joke and the one liner punchline has stayed with us for a very long time. This weekly post is about being grateful for the little and big things in our lives and celebrating success the grand and everyday kind.
