We've never done any particular baking for Christmas- if I did I'd love to make something like this!
In the past I have made Christmas Cake using one of the recipes in the Edmonds Book and baked them in small terracotta pots to give as gifts. We also did some yummy truffles one year including one that is just castor sugar, dried apricot and orange juice- and completely delicious.
Do you have any favourite Christmas Baking traditions?
