Not much time for reading this month for the grown-ups and the older kids books have been boxed up now so we could sell their book shelves. It didn't stop Kieran re-reading the Harry Potter series in anticipation of going to see the movie (which hasn't happened yet). Will has been reading the usual and Tama is into the black and white now that he is staying awake a little longer.
Loving on the box....
Drivel! Lots of late night and day time TV stuck under a feeding baby. As well as the usual suspects: MasterChef, My Kitchen Rules, Survivor, NZNTM, The Good Wife (this is getting really good right now) and Grey's Anatomy. Also the new Transformers Movie.
For you...For me?
Les' Birthday; Magazine, PS2 game, golf tees, yummy treats and Roast Lamb. Jake got Cash, Merenia's friend Natalya got Smiggle stuff, Will got a cash register for good sleeping. Tama got a heap of stuff from various people: Cash from Grandparents and Great grandma, a hat from the neighbours, a bunch of stuff from Les' work mates, clothes from the Brinkmans, lots of cool treats from Macchi and family, vouchers from the Wingates, and a basket of goodness from Shan, Lisa and Ehren. I got some flowers and Juice from Miss Wendy.
Germs and bugs and botherations....
Everyone in our family bar Tama had a cough/cold flu thing. Kieran's has persisted for 2 weeks- I am hoping it will clear once we get out of this damp mouldy home we call home. I have a persistent E. Colli infection and am over antibiotics. And a kick arse tooth ache... I think I may have to have it pulled. :-( Today was good today was fun, tomorrow is another one...
Taking Tama to Starbucks to meet the girls. Merenia went to kids camp. Les, Kieran and Tony went to transformers. The big kids spent a day at the Brinkmans and a day at the Casbolts. Sleepover at Jada's and a couple of play dates with Natalya for Merenia. Catching up with Wendy at home. Niamh and the boys dropping over for an afternoon. Aneil doing the same. Having lunch up at camp with the ladies. Kieran went to Jakes birthday at the indoor soccer and had a sleep over.
Yum, yum, yum....
Roast Lamb for Les' dinner. Hell Pizza Lamb shanks. Chocolate Mocha, Black forest and a Cookies and Cream Frappachino. Muffins- lots of muffins and Caramello Slice.

Domed lid Frap cup, some DVD's on trade me, scrapbooking stuff including Sassafras Mystery Box,more undies for Will. SouleMama's new book.
Bugger!
Selling stuff for cheap on trade me. :-( Saying good bye to my picnic table. MOULD our house is chronic with it right now. Buy the same DVD's we already had. Still not finding my Outrageous Fortune DVD's. Lots of work sorting, cleaning, selling and getting rid of our stuff mainly having to be done by Les. Tama's catnapping habits during the day and 2-4am awake period- YAWN! COLD COLD weather! Saying some of our first goodbyes.
Hooray!
Rita and Mat brought a house and got married. Merenia's team finally had a win. Managed to take a passable passport photo of Tama at approx 2wks old. Got in under our limit for sea freight to Australia. Got all our passports sorted. Will did wees in the potty twice! Cashing in reward points all over the place to get vouchers and treats before we leave. Rita still had a copy of the newspaper from Tama's birthday- hooray! Finding a foot print kit for Tama to do.
Etc...
Watched a tree being felled on Hobsonville Rd much excitement! Watching more houses being moved out. School Holidays. Les and the kids took the roses down to Te Aroha to Helens.Les had a BOT dinner at the mess and an S & S dining in.
