The meal that started it all....

I big time have a thing for Eggs Benedict at the moment and I blame Jim- he was up recently and took me out for lunch at Blossoms and now it's all I want food wise. I had a very very bad version at a cafe in Whenuapai. And also made my own recently as well. My first time making Hollandaise Sauce it was a relative success- tasted great but was a bit foamy because I beat it too hard but it tasted great... but a girl just can't be consuming that much butter all the time.... so I will just have to crave it. Sigh.
