Tiny Tales from Week 2

We had our traditional family photo outside the house on inspection day (we passed!) and it ended up being one of the better ones we've had in a while.

We observed the wildlife at the new place.

I had my priorities sorted in the unpacking stakes.

But was somewhat challenged in other areas.

The first weekend in the house was in the middle of a heatwave 42 deg++ so in the second week Les brought 4 pedestal fans.... four.... seriously. Kieran did the assembly. :-)

A few bike rides around the place were had.

And some enjoyment in the cooler part of the backyard.

As opposed to the less cool part.

Post IKEA visit (lego) table assembly.

We've yet to install the dishwasher.... it is mind blowing how long it takes the big kids to get the job done.

Les re-purposed Kieran's old set of drawers for some bathroom storage.
