- Beat together 450ml of thickened cream and a can of condensed milk and set aside.
- Mix 150ml of thickened cream with one third of a cup of cocoa until smooth.
- Gradually add the Cocoa Mixture to the condensed milk mixture beating well.
- Pour into a container and freeze for 4+ hours.
- Have your assistants clean the beaters for you. (Optional- you could do it yourself).
