Fritters

I have a thing for sweet corn fritters at the moment.
Luckily I have a husband who has a thing for me- and makes the yummiest sweet corn fritters with sweet chilli sauce around! Yay!

Yum, I love these too, but my family are not so fussed, so don't make them that often. Hmm, maybe I'll make myself a batch and have them for lunch for a few days!!!
