I made this with the assistance of Kieran because I also had to go out during the making process not once but twice for some random reasons!!
Hence the blind baked pastry shell and the lemon filling got over cooked.
And the meringue top was probably a bit over done as well.
But it still looked good and tasted fairly good as well.
