Germs and bugs and botherations....
Tama had his arm in a sling- luckily his elbow was not broken.Tama whacked his head on three different occasions.
I got a coldy-flu-y thing and sore back and neck.
Nits!!
Today was good today was fun, tomorrow is another one...
Will went to Xanders Birthday. Awesome electrical storms. Les and Will went to Kings Park while I took T to PMH. Kieran had an Engineering presentation at Curtain University and Les went to watch. Had a few runs about in the sprinklers on a Friday night. We went to Scitech finally and got a year long membership. Headed into the CBD to grab Finns Christmas present and had a cool time in the fountains. Maylands Water Park. Went to Declan's and to Jessa's for a play.
Yum, yum, yum....

Tama got a bike. New Jeans and crop pants- yay!!!
Bugger!
Great Grandma left for Bob and Beths. Spending a whole afternoon at PMH. Tried to make a Dr Who movie with Will- but he wrecked the set in an impulsive moment. Merenia got into trouble for stealing food, eating in her bedroom- including icing sugar and jelly crystals and starting her own Facebook account.
Hooray!
Lots of mail made Will happy. Getting through my backlog of photos and getting them all printed. We spotted a Bandicoot on the side of the road after failing to see one at the garden centre. Made 2 photobooks.
Etc...
Will continued his Doctor Who obsession. Merenia and I got haircuts.
You know who's good idea this was? Katie The Scrapbook Lady. Go check out her list of tasks to do at the end of each month as well.

I love these posts! Are you super duper organised for your daughters graduation for next year, or is she in Year 7 this year? :) I'm confused ha ha
The year 6's attend the year 7's Graduation- she was attending as a year 6. I'm sure I'll have to get another dress next year as she seems to grow so fast.
Ahhh, I've never heard of a school doing it that way before. Is that to make up numbers? I love the dress!
I think it is more about a sort of handing over of the mantle of top of the school/mentors/example setters etc. Farewelling friends and also it lets them know what is expected of them when they graduate the following year. WG has almost 500 pupils so I doubt numbers are an issue. The year sevens do have a lunch out with just their teachers as well. We did do the same in NZ at Whenuapai- the year 7 speech contest winner gave a reflective speech about their time at the school and what they hoped the year sixes would get from year seven the next year and what was expected of them as well as some healthy joking.
The year six speech contest winner from the year gave a good luck, farewell, I hope you remember us fondly speech. I think it's a lovely way to do it.
