Tama didn't have a first birthday party. We were supposed to have a cupcake afternoon tea with various kids we know. But basically I couldn't get my shit together. Will and I made the cupcakes. And then three days later we had an impromptu gotta-do-it-now-or-it-will-never-get-done-ice-a-thon. And then via Facebook we invited anyone we knew in Perth to come eat with us. We ended up having a lovely afternoon with Will's best friend Declan and his baby sister Alyssa and their Mum Kat.
